• Create the question or questions that you want to have.

• Create the Reasons why a customer gives you negative feedback, if required.

• Create the types of work the customer executives perform.

• Create your customer executives and send each one their individual access link.

• Give instructions to your customer executives on how your company wants them to present FeedBackExpert.

• Start understanding how your customers really feel.
